Overview

This Expedition Down Suit is the optimal garment for survival in extreme cold. The suit has been developed and tested for the highest mountains and the coldest areas and provides excellent insulation when the temperature starts creeping dangerously low. It has a durable shell with reinforced sections and is windproof and extremely water-repellent. Full-length zips ensure good ventilation and make it simple to put on and take off. It also has a number of smart details that ensure optimal comfort. When you’re on your way to climb new peaks and conquer ice fields, this is a natural expeditionary partner.

Material: 100 % Polyamide (Nylon)

Fabric details: Windproof and water-repellent suit in down. Since down is a natural material, there will inevitably be some variations in color. On some of our down products, the darkest downs can sometimes be visible through the fabric.

Hood: Fixed hood with additional inner collar.

Pockets: Chest pockets and two large inner pocket.

Ventilation: 2-way zip in front. Full-length zip from the underarm down on both sides provides good ventilation and facilitates putting on and taking off the suit without removing footwear.

Additional features: Fixed internal suspenders. Elastic waistband at the back. Web belt at the waist. Reinforcements on the upper arms and wrists. Elastic cuff. Attachment loops on the front and on the sleeves for mittens. Articulated knee sections. Reinforced sections on knee, seat, and inside leg. Elastic ankle cuffs.
