Products are delivered according to the details on the order confirmation. It usually takes two to five working days.
It can take between 36 and 48 hours for tracking to be available.
We bear the risk for the products until the moment they are taken over by you, i.e. when you have the products in your possession. If there are any delays in the delivery of the products, we will inform you as soon as we are aware of this and provide you with information on when the delivery can be made or if the product(s) are sold out. You can track your orders on “My page”.
We offer free shipping for orders over 150 €. The return costs are 4.95 €. In the event of an exchange, you will be compensated for the return and shipping costs if you are or want to become a member of our customer club. Here you can register for our customer club.
