Todays recipe: Caesar Salad Wrap!

For 2 people you need: The chicken

  • 1 chicken fillet
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Salad

  • 2 leaves red cabbage
  • 4 large leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 4 anchovies (or 2 teaspoons capers)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated hard cheese
  • Carrot Tortilla Bread x 2
  • 1 point bacon

Instructions:

Prepare the chicken

  1. Marinate the chicken in all the spices and a grated clove of garlic. Leave for about 30 minutes.
  2. Fry the bacon until crispy and set aside on a plate. Fry the chicken on medium heat in the bacon fat until it is completely done, the easiest way is to cut an incision in the chicken to see if it is ready. Let the chicken rest a bit and cool.
  3. Cut the chicken into thin slices.

Make the salad

  1. Shred the red cabbage into thin strips. Roughly chop the lettuce.
  2. Place in a bowl of cold water and leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes. (This makes the salad stay crispy much longer!)
  3. Mix mayonnaise, grated hard cheese, finely chopped anchovies, and grated garlic. Mix well.
  4. Pour off as much water from the salad as you can, and then mix with the dressing. Then it's just a matter of assembling the wrap.

*Tip! For an extra crispy wrap, assemble everything just before eating. You can aslo prepare them beforehand.

Enjoy your delicious wraps!
